MINOWA ADVOCACIA started its activities in 2002 serving companies residing in technology-based incubators, university researchers and entrepreneurs, in the intellectual property, technology contracts and project management areas.
For many years, the office's founders coordinated intellectual property and technology transfer activities in business incubators, in addition to delivering courses and lectures at universities, which provided them with vast experience in these areas.
Currently, our office works in the business law area, with an emphasis on intellectual property. Our services range from contracts, measures to protect data and confidential information, personal data privacy and protection, clamp down on unfair competition and action in legal proceedings involving intellectual property.
